Booking the system via the online portal is now mandatory prior to usage.
All users must undergo training to operate the system effectively. Individual labs are responsible for ensuring thorough training to optimize system usage and maintenance.
Booking slots have been revised from 3-hour durations to 1-hour slots for both systems to increase efficiency.
Access to the systems is not permitted between 21:00 and 08:00. Should access be required during this time, please inform Deepak with a CC to your PI.
Continuous booking within one morning slot if needed (7:00 AM to 2:00 PM) or (2:00 PM to 9:00 PM) is allowed. Such slots please book only one week in advance.
Please refrain from blocking the system through continuous bookings.
Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited in the optics room.
Avoid changing settings randomly as they may impact other users. If adjustments are necessary, kindly revert them to their original state before leaving.
Do not leave the systems unattended during usage.
Adherence to safety rules is mandatory. Strict action will be taken against users who do not adhere to the mandate of the facility.
THE DATA FROM THE MICROSCOPE WILL BE DELETED ON THE 1ST AND 15TH OF EVERY MONTH. PLEASE TRANSFER YOUR DATA FROM THE MICROSCOPE BEFORE THEN.
